Having trained over 1500 healthcare professionals across dozens of NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals, from dozens of countries, I've grown to deeply appreciate the incredible work that HCPs do.
It is a joy to serve them, and by proxy serve those that they care for, in such challenging circumstances.
By giving of my experience and expertise to HCPs, I get to contribute to improved patient care, safety and experience, and that is such a privilege.
I have been developing leaders and teams since 2017, and have trained approximately 4500 leaders across over 20 countries, for some of the worlds largest organisations - such as Meta, Vanderlande, Diageo, and Lego to name a few.
I learnt many of my own leadership lessons as a CFO for an anti-trafficking organisation that grew rapidly from 68 and $700,000 to 350 and $11m budget.
In that role, I was overseeing Finance, Admin, HR, IT, some programmatic elements and also winning and reporting on large grants.
I am an exceptional listener and I am passionate about really understanding the context of the learner, tailoring the content to their specific needs and challenges.
For me learning isn't information, but transformation. Transformation of mindset, of attitude, of behaviour, of impact. And to that purpose, I design my learning to be extremely practical.
I am passionate about learning and have spent much time studying the science of learning and utilise those principles within my learning design.
