Bespoke Programmes

We're aware that every Trust and Hospital has its very own set of challenges, which might require specific training needs.

I have trained over 4500 leaders across dozens of countries, across all levels, on pretty much every aspect of leadership. I have designed bespoke training solutions for global organisations, focussing on measuring impact. 

My approach to bespoke design

  1. Ask the right questions and then listen! (and maybe ask a few more questions) :)  
  2. Co-create based on banding, needs, specific context
  3. Pilot
  4. Measure output and outcomes
  5. Tweak

What I like to consider in bespoke design

  • Mindset - what are the attitudes, thought-patterns that we need to create or unlearn. 
  • Discovery - design modules in a way that helps group and individual discovery of next steps, solutions, ways forward. We create plenty of space for peer-learning, individual reflection, group-discussions, and there's opportunities for coaching and mentoring. 
  • Tools - provide really practical tools that participants can practice and then implement within their specific context. 
  • Science of Learning - we make sure we leverage the power of spaced learning, repetition, retrieval and practice throughout the programme, to help maximise the embedding of the content. We do this in sessions, follow-up emails, creation of peer-learning platforms and so on. 
  • Measure of Outcomes - we do this through utilising a powerful 2-part "Learning Transfer Evaluation Methodology" called 'Learning in Action Questionnaire' and 'Learning in Action Huddle' .Note, I use the word 'outcomes' because 'impact' is nigh-on impossible to measure from a causality perspective.
